Vitalia Montrose Shows Appreciation to Its Dedicated Employees

Here at Vitalia Montrose, we believe in the power of a chuckle. In today’s fast-paced world, it’s important to remember that laughter reduces stress, boosts morale, and enhances teamwork and creativity. Throughout the year as Business Office Director, a part of my role has always been promoting employee appreciation. From social recognition and milestone awards to our weekly creative follow-ups (CFUs), we always take a moment for our hard-working team members. 

My favorite two CFUs this past year were our Halloween and Christmas Parties for employees. These brought all staff, shifts, and departments together to celebrate the hard work they do. We decorated for both holidays and had great gifts and prizes for the employees. The best part of these CFUs is our residents’ involvement, which shows their appreciation for all our staff. 

Creative Follow-Ups

These CFUs will continue throughout the year, but we are truly excited to celebrate Employee Appreciation Day on March 1st. Join us as we share laughter by creating a sense of camaraderie amongst our team and continue with the power of a chuckle as we celebrate all our team members. We will be featuring interviews with our staff on social media throughout the day, providing everyone an opportunity to get to know them a little better. The day will be filled with everyone’s favorite sweets, treats, and goodies for all our staff on all shifts. We all work together as a team every day for our residents.

These are just a few examples of the many wonderful ways Vitalia Montrose shows appreciation to the team. We genuinely believe that when done right, employee recognition creates a workplace culture that helps people thrive. It promotes retention and makes us a great place to work, which, in turn, makes us a great place to live.
