As a Business Office Director, one of the most rewarding parts of my role is fostering a culture of appreciation throughout the year. Whether through social recognition, milestone awards, or our weekly creative follow-ups (CFUs), we always take the time to celebrate and support our dedicated team members. So today, we’re throwing a big virtual high-five (or real ones if you’re nearby) to celebrate YOU!

My favorite part of sharing was seeing Tottierra’s reaction to her grab bag of all her favorite goodies.
