Each August, Vitalia Montrose participates in the Great Place to Work Survey. This is a time where staff can be open and honest about their feedback. The data is collected by a third party, so it truly is anonymous. It is so important for us to hear the good, the bad, and the ugly to know what we can work on to truly make our community a great place to work.
As the Memory Care Director, I prioritize promoting employee appreciation. I make it a point to recognize our hard-working team members.
