One of the most valuable resources we have during that transition is our Resident Ambassador program. Resident Ambassadors help create connections and offer encouragement. They also provide peer-to-peer support that can make a new resident feel welcome from day one.

Their willingness to reach out matters. By sharing their experiences and inviting others into community life, they help turn neighbors into friends and a community into home.

As Resident Services Director at Vitalia Montrose, I have seen firsthand the difference these resident leaders make. They help new residents feel comfortable, connected, and engaged.

Helping Residents Feel Connected From Day One
