This past year brought a great deal of challenges and rewards, both will improve our overall performance in the upcoming year.
Vitalia Active Adult Community – Montrose had so many exciting things happen, and memories shared, including our residents and staff. Montrose was named “Best Assisted Living,” which was celebrated with a wonderful party. Montrose was also announced as a “Great Place to Work.”
In our community we have wonderful staff, including our department heads, Care Partners, Cooks, Housekeepers, and more. Our residents enjoy joking around with our staff and the fun events the Residents Services Director organizes. Sydney and her team have such a happy, healthy, thriving Memory Care Neighborhood. And enough cannot be said for the amazing Happy Hour spreads our culinary team provides every Friday.
We will celebrate this year like no other, with the 45 Days of Holiday Cheer, our employee Christmas party, and ugly Christmas sweater contest.
